Shipping
All our shippings are made through Swiss Post and their respective postal service in the country of delivery.
Delivery zones: We ship to Switzerland, Europe and to selected countries overseas (USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Corea, India, China, Turkey and Brasil).
Shipping cost: Free shipping to Switzerland, CHF 12/14 to Europe and CHF 17 to selected countries overseas.
Delivery time: Switzerland 5 - 7 days, EU: 10 - 14 days, Overseas: 12 - 16 days
VAT: AVA Accessoires is not subject to value added tax.
Returns
We hope you’ll be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 30 days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition.
To refund your purchase, please contact us with your order number at ciao@ava-accessoires. On receipt of the returned goods we will refund the purchase price. We will not refund the return costs unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.

Payment methods
We accept credit cards, paypal and twint payments. Payments can be made in Swiss Francs (CHF).
VAT & customs for shippings outside Switzerland
We send our goods declared for customs. The product prices as indicated exclude VAT and customs-/handling charges. Please note that there will be charges of import sales taxes and customs duties separately for each country. The purchaser has to bear these charges.
