Terms & Conditions
1. AREA OF APPLICATION
AVA Accessoires (hereinafter AVA Accessoires) is an online dealership in womens accessories with a sense for design, quality and sustainability. These terms and conditions shall apply to all orders placed on the website https://ava-accessoires.com. The Parties shall only be bound by the Terms & Conditions which are online the day the order is placed.
2. ORDERS AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION
Online Orders are placed in the shop. The order is binding when the terms and conditions have been agreed to and the BUY-button has been pushed. Through this a completed and legally binding sales contract is concluded. After receiving your order an e-mail confirming the order will be sent to you.
3. DELIVERY AND SALE CONDITIONS
After the order confirmation, we will send the ordered Articles to the address declared by you in a nice package. The usual delivery time with economy shipping is 5-10 workdays, depending on the article.
For orders from abroad delivery time can be up to 10 workdays longer. Should delivery not be possible after several tries, AVA Accessoires can withdraw from the contract.
4. OFFER
Our online offer is subject to change and non-binding. In general the articles offered in the online shop are available. Should it not be possible to deliver one or more articles due to stock variation AVA Accessoires will inform you about the circumstances as quickly as possible and offer you comparable articles. If none of these appeal to you, the amount due will be reimbursed.
5. PRICES
Our retail prices are calculated ex-stock and are stated in Swiss Francs and are not including value-added tax and excluding shipping charges.
6. YOUR PURCHASE ACCOUNT
For orders from our online shop possible payment methods are indicated there. With the first purchase on invoice –positive credit assessment provided- we will open a purchasing account for you through which all purchases, payments and vouchers will then be processed.
7. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
7.1. SHIPPING COSTS
We deliver worldwide:
For deliveries in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein shipping is free of charge.
For deliveries in Europe following shipping costs will be charged CHF 14.
For deliveries in all other countries shipping costs of CHF 18 will be charged.
8. PAYMENT METHODS
For orders the following payment methods are available: Paypal credit card and Twint.
8.2 CREDIT CARD / PAYPAL
Orders can also be paid for by PAYPAL or by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) through the safe payment system Stripe. Possible fees from the credit card company may be charged to you.
9. PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS
Promotional vouchers are vouchers, which cannot be purchased, but which we issue in connection with advertising campaigns. Promotional vouchers are only redeemable under the terms and conditions referred therein, from the respective recipient, in the specified period and only once per person. Individual products may be excluded from the voucher promotions.
The value of goods must, in any case, be at least equal to the amount of the voucher. The difference to a higher value of the goods is to be offset with the offered possibilities of payment. Promotional vouchers are neither paid out in cash, nor do they accrue interest.
Reimbursements of promotional vouchers for the partial or total return of the ordered products is excluded. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed prior to the completion of the ordering process. Subsequent crediting is not possible. The promotional voucher is not transferable and may not be combined with other promotional vouchers. Should you have used a promotional voucher for your purchase, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the goods, which you have retained, if – due to your cancellation- the total value of the order falls below the value of the promotional voucher.
10. RETENTION OF TITLE
The ordered products remain property of AVA Accessoires until they have been fully paid for.
11. REVOCATION RIGHT/RIGHT OF RETURN
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 10 days after receiving the merchandise, through returning the merchandise with a reason for return. Returning the merchandise is to your responsibility and costs.
Only immaculate, completely intact and unworn articles will be taken back. Particularly worn, dirty, damaged or badly smelling products can’t be taken back. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to assert compensation claims.

We will not refund the return costs unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.
12. DELIVERY DEFECTS
We ask you to examine the correctness, completeness and intactness of received articles. Complaints regarding the scope of delivery, material defects, incorrect delivery and quantity deviations are to be reported to us within 20 working days after receipt. Shortcomings will be examined by AVA Accessoires immediately, if AVA Accessoires accepts the shortcoming, and the article is still in stock, you will receive a replacement and shipping costs will be reimbursed. Otherwise the full amount will be reimbursed.
14. WARRANTY
Warranty of purchased articles is limited to 1 year. Claims cease to exist if there is improper handling or personal intervention.
15. PRIVACY
Protecting your personal data is very important to us. We follow the applicable data protection regulations and secure your data against unauthorised access of a third party (data security precautions).
Our online shop is encrypted through SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which safely transfers all data concerning the supply as well as your payment and personal data to us. AVA Accessoires is authorised to use your personal data to provide you with special offers or information about our new collection. You can revoke your consent to the use of your personal data for commercial purpose anytime by writing an e-mail to [email protected]. Using technological and organisational measures we secure our website and other systems against loss, deletion, access, change and distribution of your data through unauthorised people. Access to your purchasing account is only possible after entering your personal password.
This website contains a Facebook-button. Through activating this Facebook-button you get into direct contact with the social network Facebook. Facebook may use the personal data of it’s users in a way that doesn’t comply with data protection, since utilisation of the data may not provide enough information. AVA Accessoires is not liable for any damage that may arise through abusive use of your personal data through Facebook.
16. APPICABLE LAW AND AREA OF JURISDICTION
The contractual relationship between you and AVA Accessoires shall be governed by Swiss material law under exclusion of the UN convention on the International Sale of Goods of 11.April 1980 (UN sales law). Area of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zürich. AVA Accessoires is further authorised to electively call upon the court at the seat/domicile of the customer.
